    How to import into QuickBooks

    1. Download your converted .qbo file from this tool.
    2. In QuickBooks Online, go to Transactions โ†’ Bank transactions (or Banking).
    3. Click Upload from file or link your account and choose Web Connect.
    4. Select the .qbo file and match it to the correct bank account.
    5. Review imported transactions in the bank feed โ€” categorize and accept each one.
    1. Download the .qbo file after conversion.
    2. Open QuickBooks Desktop โ†’ File โ†’ Utilities โ†’ Import โ†’ Web Connect Files.
    3. Select your .qbo file and choose the matching bank/credit card register.
    4. Transactions appear in Bank Feeds Center for review and matching.
    5. Accept or exclude each transaction before reconciling.

    How to use this tool

    1. Choose conversion mode โ€” OFXโ†’QBO (most common), QFXโ†’QBO, CSVโ†’QBO, or export QBOโ†’CSV.
    2. Select your bank from the library (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, HDFC, ICICI, etc.) so INTU.BID maps correctly.
    3. Pick QuickBooks version (Online, Desktop, or Pro) โ€” the compatibility checker confirms your file will work.
    4. Set account type โ€” Checking, Savings, or Credit Card for automatic account mapping.
